This 3 day course starts in Dublin on the 22 May 2018. The course is being provided by Dr David Rubens who completed his Doctorate in Security and Risk Management at University of Portsmouth writing his thesis on strategic management and critical decision-making in hyper-complex crisis environments. He served two terms as a Board Director of the UK Security Institute, and has been published widely in professional magazines.
